Custom Portraits and add-ons
Due to the customized nature of these products that we produce at The Aussie Mom, we cannot offer returns. Your custom portrait is entirely personal to you and your pet.
If you are unhappy with the final product then please get in touch with us. Your satisfaction is one of our priorities and we always strive to make sure you're happy.
If you received the wrong product, incorrect size or print, or your product was damaged in transit, we will of course replace it without question. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order in this case.
If you have placed an order recently and have changed your mind, you can cancel or change your order within 24 hours.After 24 hours, the cancellation & change request will be granted at our discretion.
Please be aware that when we create your portrait, we use the photo you uploaded with your order. It's your responsibility to submit a high quality photo that adheres to our submission guidelines. Low quality photos will result in low quality portrait.
We cannot edit a photo to close or open a mouth, add a smile etc. We can however, remove red eye, edit eye color and other requests.
Aussie Mom Merch
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You can always contact us for any question at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is misprinted/damaged/defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any claims for items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You may only use one promo code per order. Promo codes are not to be combined, are non-transferable, and may have exemptions or requirements in order to be successfully redeemed. Promo codes are subject to change at any time. Shipping charges are based on the cart total after all promo codes have been applied.
Please note that we are unable to honor retroactive discounts. You must enter the code you intend on using at the time of checkout.
